This place was great! Loved having access to the garage to park our car in away from the heat as we had driven in. The pool was great as well although the umbrella seemed kinda broken- the shade it provided was much needed. Beds were comfy and clean. The location was quiet and we appreciated having a private retreat after exploring downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to enjoy the excitement and fun of the Vegas strip while being able to retreat to a peaceful, private place where we felt comfortable and at home. Nagappan's home was just that. It was everything we hoped for - convenient to Vegas, Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon, had all the amenities we needed, the comforts of home and the pool was an amazing bonus, we were able to enjoy it all day without the crowds. This property was literally perfect and if ever in Vegas again, we will book again. Nagappan was so pleasant and professional, accommodating and quick to respond. Excellent service! We will be back.

Comfortably we had a delightful stay we were able to have 11 of us. They are comfortably sleeping hanging out eating love the activities in the basement was a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this.

Such a nice house in a great location. The house is at the end of the street and backs up against the woods for a very peaceful setting. The house had plenty of space, very comfortable, and the well-stocked game room downstairs was so fun! The host was very responsive and welcoming. Everything was just perfect! Highly recommended

The house looked exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and the host was very accommodating. The location wasn’t far from the strip and there were plenty of shopping and food options near by.

This is a spacious and modern place with very fast wifi. 10-15 min drive to Strip. There were great restaurants nearby. We also had our little dog with us and he enjoyed the enclosed backyard.

This is a great place to stay! We had a group of 6 guys for a golf trip stay here and it was plenty of room and well worth the price we paid. Overall 10 out of 10! Would definitely come back again.

Excellent host and stay. A few additional details to note: mattresses are firm and some drawers/cabinetry in kitchen in need of replacement. Neither were a particular issue, just noticed by myself and fellow guests. Overall very positive and easy stay for my group of 10. Would stay again and recommend.

We enjoyed our week-long stay - the location was perfect for all the local eateries, airport, and most importantly (for us) hiking trails! We were 30 minutes from Red Rock Canyon, an hour from Valley of Fire & Arizona Hot Springs, and just a couple hours from Death Valley Nat'l Park, plus easy access to so many great places to eat. The house provided everything we needed and was very happy with our stay. The owner was very kind and responsive anytime we had questions! Would recommend this place!
