Our vacation house offers a Prime location, close to the excitement of Las Vegas yet away from the crowds and noise. Situated just 10 to 15-minutes from the renowned Las Vegas Strip, casinos, shops, entertainment, and restaurants. Furthermore, our property is conveniently situated near Wet'n'Wild Amusement Park, and a short drive will take you to the breathtaking Red Rock Canyon/Summerlin.

Other Details to Note
Please note that there are stairs in the house leading to the bedrooms, which guests will need to climb. Additionally, we have a small-sized private pool that is 3 to 5 feet deep, perfect for kids and adults who wish to relax in the hot weather. However, please be aware that the pool is not suitable for swimming laps. The pool is not heated (primarily noted for winter months, but it's fine for summer weather), and we maintain the pool weekly with chemicals and regular maintenance/Cleaning every Monday. Since it's an open pool, any leaves or dust blown in by the wind should be taken care of by guests during their stay.
